What kind of experience do i need?
A: Big joes does not require any related experience to operate a franchise. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for operating a successful business, and enjoys working with the general public.
Is there a training and operations manual?
A: Since we don't require that you have any related experience, we have written the operations manual and designed the training program with that in mind. You start by reading and learning from the operations manual. you may not start out as an expert but you are on your way to become one.
How long is the return on investment?
A: the ROI depends on the sales and management of the franchisee. Based on our experience ROI is estimated at 2.5 - 3years.
Who chooses on the location of the building or outlet?
A: Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. After your potential site has been identified, we will visit the location, review it and evaluate it together.
What pre-opening services do you offer?
A: Prior to and upon opening, Big Joes representatives will assist you with hiring and training personnel, ordering equipment and inventory, and arranging the Store Opening.
How long will it take to open my restaurant?
A: After you sign a lease agreement, on average it takes three to four months before you are open for business. This allows time for plan design, constuction and training.
What is the process for becoming a Big joes franchisee?
